When a promotion "starts to feel like home"
There is a moment in any construction when everything changes: when the finishes stop being a plan and become feelings. It is not the same to imagine a flat as it is to walk on the parquet and see how the light is distributed across the rooms.
At VRR, this progress is already visible: parquet and lighting installed, and bathrooms that are practically ready.
1) Parquet: warmth and continuity
Parquet is not just a material. It is what makes a home feel “warm” from the first glance. Additionally, it helps to provide visual continuity between rooms and makes the whole space feel cleaner and more contemporary.
2) Lighting: what defines the ambiance
Lighting is one of those invisible elements... until it is well resolved. When installed, the space begins to have depth, and the home is better understood: passage areas, resting areas, and how everything relates to each other. The promotion also mentions the use of LED lights, aligned with the pursuit of efficiency.
3) Almost finished bathrooms: the detail that is most noticed
Bathrooms are a quick test of quality: if they are well finished, the rest usually is too. In the old blog, they were shown as “almost finished”, and in the promotion information, elements and brands are detailed: Roca (toilets, sinks, faucets, and shower trays) and glass partition with anti-scale treatment.
4) Comfort + efficiency: what happens “behind the scenes”
Beyond the visible, VRR communicates a set of installations aimed at comfort and efficiency: aerothermal energy, underfloor heating, video intercom, and pre-installation of home automation, in addition to solar panels to promote savings and seek Class A energy efficiency.
Quick checklist: what to look for during a visit (without technical jargon)
How does the floor finish look in passage areas?
Does the lighting give you a uniform feeling or an “in patches” feeling?
Do the bathrooms feel solid and easy to maintain?
Do they clearly explain how the heating and comfort systems work?
